October in Pictures.

I am ready for our robot overlords!

I FINALLY got to go to the State Fair of Texas! It was a lot of fun and the weather was perfect.

Fried Guacamole...with ranch. This is when the day turned into a dare.

This was a "diving show" put on by McDonalds. It looked like it was put together five minutes before curtain.

Fried Snickers, this wasn't too bad. I had fried Coke too, but did not get a picture.

Just when I was sick of the kitsch, we went in to the soccer matches. FCD won against the Revs. 1-0. It was a good match.

Let the crowding in begin for Mexico.

Octoberfest on Fry Street.

Watching party USMNT vs. Honduras at Pizza Hut Park. Very cool. They weren't showing it anywhere in DFW and the FCD front office made this happen for soccer fans in the area. The club was too packed, so they showed it on the screens in the stadium. It was fun to watch it out in the misty night, but Greg and I went inside for the second half.

Pub Quiz. I have an abnormally large head.

You know it is a good tailgate when there is a dog wearing a jersey!

This guy (forget his name right now, sorry) should lead EVERY FCD games supporter's section into the stadium (as long as it is not done during the national anthem).

Last home game against the Rapids in FCD's push for the playoffs.

Recession?

FC Dallas wins! I am getting a little sick of seeing this sign as I leave the park!! :)

I just thought this was funny that we have an "engage" "disengage" lever at work. It's very Star Trek.

This is the worst/best book in our collection.

Hmm.

Watching party for FCD/Seattle. Packed.

Molly. There were a lot of good costumes at this party. Mine was not one of them, and I did not get any pictures. :( Cher and Dion from Clueless, Darkwing Duck and a Spice Girl were some of the highlights.
